What we supply

Foam Pigs
Open-cell polyurethane foam pigs — the workhorse of pipeline cleaning, drying and dewatering. Light, medium and heavy density, bare swab or coated (criss-cross, silicon-carbide, or wire-brush) for progressively more aggressive cleaning.
Poly / Mandrel Pigs
Solid-cast urethane poly pigs and steel-mandrel pigs fitted with cups and/or discs — for liquids removal, batch separation, product displacement and routine cleaning where a firmer, longer-wearing body is wanted.
Scraper & Brush Pigs
Aggressive cleaning tools — spring-loaded scraper blades and rotary or straight wire brushes that bite into hard scale, mill scale, rust and wax that foam alone won't move.
Cup & Disc Pigs
Steel-mandrel pigs running polyurethane cups and/or guide discs — a rebuildable platform for liquids displacement, batching and cleaning where you want long service and swappable elements.
Spheres
Inflatable and solid urethane spheres for liquids removal, condensate and holdup control, and batching — they roll through the line and handle bends and multi-diameter runs well.
Pig Launchers
Launching traps that load and send pigs into a live or isolated line — supplied as barrels or complete traps with closure, reducer, valves and fittings, in the pressure class and size your system needs.
Pig Receivers
Receiving traps that catch pigs at the end of a run — barrels or complete traps with closure, reducer and drains, matched to the launcher and the line's pressure class and size.
